Hydei Flightless Fruit Fly
Hydei Flightless fruit flies are a bit bigger than Melanogaster variety and take slightly longer for culture to bloom (booming) but when they do. Oh boy. Perfect feeder insects for your smaller pets especially fish when you want to give them something different. A great average adult fish. Along with the usual suspects, baby everything, frogs, lizards, and other insects. Basically anything that eats live food their size or smaller. Pets that have a “chase” or needs to react to movement feeding. Those requirements are met with these little guys.
All cultures shipped between brand new (less than 1 week old) & up to 3 weeks old depending on availability unless otherwise requested. None shipped after 4 weeks old as they’re pretty much done at 5 weeks old and would be unsafe/unhealthy to culture.
Shipping time adds to culture life timetable. I only ship to the lower 48 states.
